Salades…

Thought I’d practice cooking for summer today.

Zucchini,

capsicum,

grilled with curry,

mixed with rocket and with a glorious greek yoghurt dressing.

& then

peaches,

cooked with star anise, cardamom, vinegar, sugar and rum,

plus feta (the best sort) and lovely mint.

Produced these salads.

They were yummo and I thank Curtis Stone for the recipes.

All this while waiting with much excitement for this
