Renewal…

The first two books of The Chronicles of Eirie have just had a re-brand. Originally published in 2008 in print, they were released as e-books in 2010. As the Chronicles continued to expand to include four books, it became obvious they needed to be re-branded as a series.

So the publisher took the task to the cover designer who has worked so beautifully with my stories in the past and she came up with two perfect covers. The series now looks like a family – like a set of books that might tell the story of two familial generations in a fey and frightening world.

The covers were then uploaded to Amazon with exciting new product descriptions and within twelve hours, this happened in the UK:

This unique historical fantasy series have separately been highly regarded, and in 2012 Readers’ Favourites USA awarded A Thousand Glass Flowers the silver medal for fantasy. I hope that with the new covers, an even wider historical fantasy readership will be enticed to these niche books.
